Frank made an offer we couldn't refuse, pay for a pulley and if it doesn't work send it back for a full refund including shipping. So the tensioner arrived Tuesday. We put it on today and we have a 99% improvement. Still have a little belt squeak but it's not out of control and I think the squeak will go away with a fresh belt. This one has an entire summer on it with the old tensioner and I am sure it's worn pretty good.
As soon as it's downloaded we have video of the tensioner on a dyno pull as well. Even with the old belt we saw full boost with no slip. I would recommend the ARS tensioner to anyone.

With the season opener in the books we are super happy to be in the full swing of racing season. Challengerfest was a blast and with the dual event format we were thrilled to see how many cars showed up and were running on both days. When we get to the track we are Laser focused on the event, our clients and their performance. At every event we attend you will be able to take advantage of track support as part of your E-mail or Dyno tuning investment with us. This service is available first come first serve no matter if its a canned tune you purchased from us to the most outrageous twin turbo build. If you see us running around don't be intimidated. I have found that being hands on and making notes of how the track, weather, and known combos are looking out there absolutely make the difference in being able to deliver far beyond that ordinary stock timeslip. Our Trailer has an open door policy, please do not be afraid to visit us. Dedication to you our client is in the forefront. We are not on vacation at these events and daily you won't find us trying to whip out your tune in between hiding from the boss at the day job. Logs, build advice, feedback, 13 sec car or 8 sec Jeep, we are here for you and will continue to invest in the growth of the series. Jimmy K, Brian, and myself will always do what we can to keep you rolling and winning.

Dayum that looks saweet Brother ! Well you've been here before unfortunately, but it will me ready to kick ass come March bud. With a lil luck my ole Yeller will be ready to run by then. we will have a good time either way Bro.
Its a tough job but one I am proud to be responsible for. We had a heck of a wait on some critical parts but there is so much more at stake this time. As we have been following for several years this car like many have evolved, that involves many layers. This time around the failure was pretty spectacular as we all witnessed, and at the end of the day the man driving this rig has a wife, family, responsibilities and its supposed to be fun. Peeing back the layers has been interesting, on by one, Wiring, Mechanics, Suspension ect... many many layers. In the end The engine bay is totally empty, no wiring, fire wall padding, just a shell. It is a longer road than we had hoped but in the end no more excuses for this one, anything less then 110% is a fail! Its a bumpy ride but we are on the road to recovery!

Isnt that like buying big offroad tires for highway driving
That's ALMOST as bad as buying a 4300 lb car for drag racing.

I am planning on doing the same thing with my 16 Scat . I have a quote from Tim Barth ( of E85 HC tuning fame ) for a 6 PSI Procharger on E85 with backup 93 tune. according to Tim ID1000 injectors and boost a pump are the only fuel system mods needed and should be about 600 rwhp on E85. I do not want to do the bottom end which is why I'm staying SO conservative.. of course there are no guarantees .
there are E85 test kits that you use at the pump and also fuel tank systems that monitor alcohol content in your fuel system

When does Edelbrock expect to have these in stores?

Both the RPM heads and the Victor II intake will be available mid to late first quarter 2017. Pricing has not been set, but will be "very competitive". There are several other very cool items that are coming out in the very near future, stay tuned!

Also I heard that yesterday mopar released complete drop in LBs for project builds with a 6 wire connection set up. I'll be heading over to their booth shortly to check this out.

Hope this helps

It was only a year ago that a storm was brewing. Thanksgiving was upon us and little did I know in less than 20 days I would be leaving the job that was very fulfilling for the last 5 years and be back on my own. It was on the plane home from the PRI show in Indy that I began laying the foundation for what is now Hemituner Performance. I am happy to say I haven't looked back since. It has been a amazing year for us here. From new friends to incredible projects its been full throttle all the way. We really wanted to thank all of you for supporting us and making it such a success, we couldn't do it without you. On behalf of Anastacia, Spencer, and myself, we truly wish all of you a very happy and safe Thanksgiving.

Congrats to Greg Davies for taking the title. In a joint effort with AJ Berge (Hemituner) and myself on Gregs build , with lots of track help from Dave Bradshaw, Greg piloted his all motor Magnum SRT to a firstname.lastname@example.org. Hopefully this record will stand as long as the last one set by Jeff Sherwin and his HHP built Charger SRT at 9.53.
