Upgraded Plugs / Coil Packs

You could be in the 7s with upgraded coil packs

Damn...I wish I would have known:)

I gap the NGK at a tight 25.

Seems to work at least in the 8's.

Pussy... crank it up to 18+ psi.

 

18psi from an edelbrock? Can I have some of what your drinking? :)

Surprised you haven't figured this out by now Bill. Ok I'm gonna let a lil secret out. if you paint the coil packs hemi orange you can open the plug gap up to .40, the hemi orange dissipates heat better than the black coil packs allowing the coils to run cooler and making a higher voltage to allow for the .040 gap. ;)

Oh I forgot one key item, BBoy's coil grounding kit. lol

that kit is discontinued. i now use gold plated washers on my spark plugs to help ground them to the head better lol
