Throttle Position Sensor

what is the throttle position sensor?  I am looking at some track logs from yesterday and my throttle position sensor is at 127%, and 0 volts.  I opened up a log from last week and the values are the same.

well the reason I was even looking at that was that I'm putting a nitrous system on the car soon and I have to wire the window switch in with the TPS.  If when my accelerator is 100% my TPS is 127%, do I need to account for that with the nitrous controller some how?  Is it having zero volts going to fuck up the controller?

Yes, we have throttle position sensors.

Your N2O activation should activate off off TPS volts and not throttle position.

Model year/CALID's are different but most have a "RAW TPS1(V)" that you can select to see the actual voltage that the N2O controller will see when installed properly.

Your controller should have a setup screen that allows you to configure tps voltage, the car doesn't even have to be running just the ignition on. Floor it and watch the voltage change then save it in the controller so it understands WOT.
