2007 Dodge Dakota Check Engine Light

I have a 2007 dodge dakota 4.7 that I just bought 6 months ago and has 46,000 miles. After the first couple of months the check engine light turned on and I noticed the truck burnt more fuel and had a miss to it, since I bought extended warranty I took it to dealership to get checked. They came back  and said that the truck had an emission issue and warranty would not cover. But that it was the (easim) switch. I purchased and replaced part, the truck is still missing and the check engine is still on. I changed the spark plugs they were pretty well worn out. I checked for vacuum leaks and can't find, checked the coils seem to be ok. I don't know what else to try, please advise, thanks.
