Replacing Valve Seals

Getting tired of the smoky idle and a puff at shift changes so I think it's time for new seals. Anyone have any recommendations. I really don't have the time to deal with it in my driveway so I'll have the shop handle it.

I'm still running Andy's heads from early 2011. Pretty much always had a little smoke at startup but a little more persistent these days.

Viton seal work well.... Not sure how many miles on them but maybe while you have them off maybe replace springs and get a valve job..
