Piston Option For 3.795 Crank ??

I just find wiseco for 3.795 stroke with 6.125 rod length

 

it's for a 5.7

 

wiseco it's a good piston ?

 

Wiseco K0036XS Dome Vol: -10cc; Comp(65cc 09+ 5.7L): 9.9; Comp(75cc 6.1L): 9.1; Comp(85cc (Pre 08 5.7L): 8.2

That 3.79/5.7 block 366 cube combo has a limited off the shelf selection. Wiseco has some for that combo with a 6.125 rod, I wouldn't hesitate to use them. Otherwise I would go with a custom piston from Diamond or even Ross.

Wiseco is my usual go to....but for the new build my builder seems to think diamond makes the highest quality piston. I will tell you diamond is a royal pita to deal with. I went through one of their vendors to get mine.

Which is why i said probe because all marks custom pistons are ross made. Much more cost effective than diamond and service is superior to boot.

 

I am not a fan of diamond after getting a mixed set of off the shelf from them as custom pistons
