=== What is LSMF ===

Lone Star Mopar Fest is a family-friendly gathering of 2005-2016 Chrysler 300Dodge ChargerDodge MagnumDodge Challenger, and Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT owners. It is an opportunity to gather with owners who share a similar passion. Whether you are new or experienced, novice or knowledgeable, we hope you share what you know, learn something new, and make valued connections with other owners.

We are big fans of local enthusiast clubs and organizations. Participate locally and you get to meet some great people. In 2014 forty-seven organizations were represented. Thank you for making LSMF a part of your annual event calendar.

October in Texas is "Where Appearance and Performance Converge". Drive, ride with a friend, or fly but make plans to be with your Modern Mopar Family on this special weekend.

I don't know if my car will be ready or if Rob will let me in the gate...

I hope you make it. My new setup should be ready and tuned by then. I will be there

I'll be there with Team BT. We are still up in there as to whether or not we'll drag the BadWagon down for a romp at the track. Either way the Fly Elvises will be in full force.

That's if the track can hold it. The last two years the track has been pure shit

Damned sure has. I really hope they have a little more time and prep the track.

If mine is together, I should be in the 10s too. I had big plans for the car but my money tree got cut down. I'm sticking with the Novi for now with a few tweaks to the setup. The 300 has been down for 4-5 months now and I just want to drive it again. If Erik has anything to do with the track prep, it will actually work this year. He wasn't very pleased at the last one.

If track prep is that shitty its not worth going track is ragged enough as it is throw in no traction it becomes a waste of time.

I know that Rob has been working on the track prep and logistics of how to best organize the classes. It's refreshing to see a club put so much effort into providing the best experience possible.

It was really only worth seeing mph last year because chasing ET was pointless. The bigger the event gets and the more real racers that show up should help the track event. It's almost like you have to bring your own sticky stuff if you want to launch

It poured last year.  Shit happens.  Still a fun event.

James - ya gotta show up before you can whine about the track....

Just come out, play in the rain, look at wheels & halos, drive down the track praying you won't hit a wall and will be able to slow down enough to make the turn (sometimes that means the return lane is the track). It's a blast

Stay drunk and forget about the cars actually might be the best idea
