Thanks sam, the PITA was the picture with the flat head prying on the vent. WRONG VENT DUMB AZZ!!! Next picture is the whole panal out. The fit of that panal is so tight it looks like part of the dash ;)

I have the suspicion that guy was seriously injured - and his body hadn't quite relayed it back to the brain yet because he was so drunk. Guys laughing like that at him too. What a bunch of losers - :o

lol! LF, j's video freaked me out so much I put the airbag in my detached garage away from the wife and I. As of late that airbag can't compete with some of those AIRBAGS on CT. I'm still amazed of the vendor bashing going on B)

Nice shots, Karl! I've been under the dash on the driver's side more than I want to on wiring stuff, and I've had the console out more times than I can count. But seeing the dash out like that is way cool.

Crazy how much surface rust those parts pick up after being touched. The metal plate behind the lower part of the dash on my car flashed rust after my gauge install.

Ok,, so mebbe a silly question to some,, but....

 

What if air bag was left out.. Not re-installed..

Just put cover back on empty....

 

Leaving out the 'safety' issues what would be the harm of not putting it back in ... ?

I put it back in with no problems, after connecting the battery I stayed out of the driver seat :Dlol
