Is this a Modern Muscle ported TB or was it ported by someone else. Modern Muscle TB's are 87mm. You have this one as 88mm. If you don't mind me asking why are you taking it off?   Sorry I over looked the price.

Lots of people make ported TB's. Most 87's are just ported(tapered) with the same butterfly to smooth out flow, and are still the same 80mm at the butterfly. The rest are actually ported all the way with new butterfly, and are usually 85,88,and 90. Give or take a few brands. Also not a lot of gains to be had unless you're going to increase flow everywhere else and port match your manifold. Although , I've heard of guys trapping higher with them. I added an 88mm Arrington, gains or not it will help with my future mods , but really it was just to scratch the itch, and I got a great price.

The butterflies aren't 80mm stock. That's why there never at a vertical angle there always angled. When you port them there just at a less of an angle and it is ported 88mm from front to back. Also I had it it done by a reputable shop. There on a bunch gen3 hemi Facebook groups.
