Drag Radials help.

I have to get new DR's, looking at wheels also.

the wheels i'm looking at will take either 275 50 17 DR's or 305 45 17. both are 27.8 height the 275's are 10.8 wide while the 305's are 12.0.

i have been spinning at the line so i figured the 305's would be a better option.

Thoughts anyone.?

 what brand??

I've been running the M&H 275/50/17's and for the most part have been happy with them, but I think I'm going to go with the MT 305/45/17's for my next set.  After looking at the 60' times of a few of my fellow 392 Hemi owners I think they will deliver a bit better launch.    I'm thinking of going with these https://www.summitracing.com/parts/mtt-3572/overview/

Out of curiosity, what were their 60ft times?? I've been running 305/45/18 555r's and seeing 1.6x 60ft.

I believe they have run 1.6's and other than DR's and a tune (on one) both cars are basically stock.
