2008 5.7 Hemi- swapping in 6.1 cam for boosted application

Any input on the swapping in of a 6.1 OEM cam to my 5.7 '08 mill?  I intend on staging various upgrades to run a 78/75 mm turbo on the street / strip.  I am told, stock performance cams work fairly well, due to smother cam profiles.

Any knowledge on the cam swap, like valve spring changes, do 6.1 valve springs do the trick out of the box?

the 6.1 cam is very good boost cam for a 5.7 and the 6.1 exhaust springs on all 16 valves will work for low boost, but everyone recommends the psi1511 kit for safety measures as they are beehive springs.

will you be keeping your 08 heads or upgrading to a better casting like eagles(09 and newer 5.7s) or 6.1?
