My 2002

I have a 4.7 with 167.000 miles on it is the 4.7 worth rebuilding to get more power out of it

No. The older 4.7’s about all you can do is find a HO intake manifold folks have found some decent gains with those. Beyond that, not much that is worth the cost. The newer 4.7’s have better heads and other design enhancements that give them more HP, but even they are limited in what you can do for a bump.
