I don't know for sure if it is true? But I like the sound of it. Well I hit a PB today at Beechbend and came close to my goal of a 11.5 on a stock block. I managed an 11.6 today, the cross winds today were terrible. I had to let off of the car at the top of the track several times today because I could not hold the car, look at the third time slip all the way up to the 1000' mark it was doing good.

My mods to date are:
Magnacharger 8 pounds boost, with the boxed tune. Thanks Brian Zacuto, superchargerconnection.
8.8 paramount with 4.56 gears. Thanks to easy street custom cars.
17" welds with hoosiers. Thanks to Jims' racing tires.
Lakewood shocks. Thanks to HHP.

I will go with headers, no cats and a custom tune next.To try and hit that 11.5.


Oh and jim/jaysixspeed the car still only has 655 miles on it, wait until it gets broke in then it will be real fast .

I don't know about a lot less money, J's mods are really just the forged engine and a little more boost. But I am all most as fast as lakey for a lot less money . Js day went to shit today early, he will be on here later to tell the story I am sure.

Phil is launching the hell outta that car. 1.600 60' is no joke in a 6 speed. I don't think I've seen a faster 6 speed 60' period. That was a kickin run Phil, congrats on that. You're really maximizing the combo for sure. Get you a wide band in that car and let's see how it looks on 8psi in the spring.

No cage unless someone makes me and even then I would just put the 6 pound pulley back on to avoid that for now. Since in bracket racing it does not matter how fast you go and I can not compete in any unlimited classes, that is a huge jump you have to be in John and mikes league for that. HHP sold me my lakewood 90/10 and 50/50 shocks at a really good deal and got them to me when no one else could. Brian zacuto cut me a great deal on my magnacharger to begin with and rushed me my 8 pound pulley this week so I would have it for today. Easy street did a great job on my rear install and did it quick!
