It is!!! Just needs the bright wheels ( the dark wheels don't work on blue and white anyway. Is there a Go-wing on the back?

2014 Dodge Challenger Lineup Bolstered, Scat Pack Options Return to Dodge
Calling it the "rarest factory-produced Dodge Challenger model to date," Chrysler debuted the new Mopar '14 Challenger at the 2013 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) trade show in Las Vegas. With a planned serialized production run of just 100 units, the Mopar '14 Challenger is based on the Challenger R/T and is offered with Bright White or Gloss Black paint, a classic "shaker-style" hood, and a Mopar Blue side stripe. New Gloss Black 20-inch aluminum wheels are standard, along with a black rear spoiler, black fuel door, and a Black Vapor grille surround.
Inside, the Mopar '14 Challenger has performance seats wrapped in black premium leather, with Mopar Blue accent stitching for the seats, center console, shifter, and steering wheel. A plaque on the dashboard displays which of the 100 examples produced a given car is. Each Mopar '14 Challenger also comes with unique memorabilia related to this particular model. Pricing is not available as this article is written, and Dodge says customer ordering begins in March of 2014.
The shaker-style hood treatment offered for the Mopar '14 Challenger is also available for the 2014 Challenger R/T. Designed to recall a similar feature offered for the 1970 Challenger R/T models, this new option includes a Satin Black functional hood scoop that shakes with the 5.7-liter V-8 engine as it idles, and feeds the engine additional cold air when the car is underway. Dodge's Super Track Pak is included for the 2014 Challenger R/T Shaker model, equipping the muscle car with performance-tuned steering, brakes, and suspension components along with summer performance tires and a revised traction and stability control system that includes a "full-off" mode. Buyers can choose between a 6-speed manual or 5-speed automatic transmission.
Exterior styling details include a body-color grille surround, Gloss Black fuel door, Satin Black rear spoiler, unique badges, and special 20-inch aluminum wheels with polished faces and black-painted pockets. Dodge offers the Challenger R/T Shaker in six paint colors, which a choice between Dark Slate Gray or Radar Red premium leather performance seats. Additional interior upgrades include a 3-spoke, flat-bottom performance steering wheel and trim specific to the Shaker model.
The total cost of the Shaker treatment amounts to $2,500 over and above the Challenger R/T Classic, bringing the window sticker to $37,990 including a $995 destination charge. It goes on sale in the first quarter of 2014.
In other news from Dodge at the SEMA show, three new factory-staged and Mopar-sourced Scat packages are designed to increase power and performance in the Dodge Challenger R/T, Dodge Charger R/T, and Dodge Dart GT. The new Scat packages become available in the spring of 2014.
