I used a bit of WD40 on the 90 degree hose fittings to assemble the crossover fuel line no problem there.

questions, Is it neccessary to lubricate the threads or orings for the fuel system adapter/connector, rail plug and the two crossover connections and fuel injector orings for that matter?

I assume a bit of thread sealant for the pressure guage and small allen plug?

Lastly does the crossover fuel line go over or under the front of the intake?

AN fitting newbie  TIA

I did not use and lube on the plug I installed. My gauge was already installed. But, you could see there was Teflon tape on the fitting.

is good Dale thanks, started making up the hose fittings a couple days ago they seemed tough dry, can't remeber where (speedy or google) got the hint for using a wd40 shot on the rubber hose id.  The fittings for the rails all came packaged with orings except one side of the male male adapter connection for the crossover hose, quite sure both sides need oring, luckly I have a stash of them for the my oil pan drains.  good to go thanks

There were no O rings on my cross over AN fittings. They are tighter than a bulls ass though to stop any leaks under pressure.

the O ring goes into the rail then the fitting on the outside, you can use some anti seize
