What is the advantage here? I haven't heard of any of the factory ones crapping out? Are these solid?

I don't know....Maybe since Mopar upped their pricing on theirs, the aftermarket took notice and wants some of the business...if priced accordingly, and they are as good or better than factory, people will buy.

Plus I always though that you could reuse roller lifters when installing a new cam. Still the case with the GENIII Hemi? And I am also interested in the advantages of these new lifters.

Yes, "why would I want this over stock?" Also, work with MDS?

Stock travel? Limited travel? If these are drop-in for the 6.4L, how are they handling the MDS function? I would assume these are drop in for all non-mds engines.

If you didnt hear it with your own ears or see it with your own eyes, dont invent it with your small mind and share it with your big mouth!

there is no competition.

I'm thinking for non MDS only, too.

Maybe to compete with the stock option? i.e. simply as a cheaper option that going to a dealer to get new ones?

Here is the deal. We build alot of Hemis and contrary to popular belief we do invest more money into R&D than anyone wants to give us credit for. The factory lifter does a great job. Building quite a few very high rpm and testing some more agressive cam grinds in our current hemis with better spring packages shows the stock lifters lack the stability necessary to keep them from collapsing. Those who Actually assemble and do alot of work checking Piston to Valve clearance know that on some cams we get away with less than .020 thousands clearance. How does this happen?? Because Dynamically the lifter collapses every time it moves. These lifters are designed to resolve that issue. They are not intended to work with MDS this is a Performance lifter for those who want maximum performance. The lifter does not rely on top fed oil making an entire new arena of flexability in rocker arm design possible. The Jessel conversion is over 10,000 dollars all in and in a few cases so much machineing is required the cylinder heads crack because not enough matierial is left for support. We are commited to bringing useable quality parts to the market. Someome leaked the lifers so we fugured we would introduce them. We are in the process of prepareing for some very heavy spintron testing. 440 3.0 is just around the corner

Thanks

A.J.
