Getting a bud's car ready and new Hoosiers mounted up. Guy's Son was bout to throw em on and I checked the rollout first with a seamstress tape to find a 5/8 to 9/16 difference at 15 psi. 1/4" is one thing but this is too much in my experience. Ran the smaller one up to 22 lbs for 30 mins and then bled it but it went right back. Did it again, same. Anyone with experience stretching and matching a pair up ? If not I guess I'll just try inching up the pressure and sit time.

I have no idea what the answer is, but I do know it's not 22 psi. If air is the answer, it's gonna have to be a lot higher than that.

What I would try is going for a drive on them to soften up the tread and sidewall. No danger in that.

32 lbs for 24 hrs & when bled back to 15 it was only 1/8" larger than the other. He did bring them inside where it was 25 degrees warmer as suggested so that may have indeed helped it stretch.
