Yes, in fact that was the first VVT cam I experimented with in this manner. That was about 2 years ago and I had very similar results. That car was 10 Challenger with a KB. We picked up right around 100whp with the cam change and moving the cam at higher RPM. Ironically I have a car in the shop now with that exact engine/cam (previous owner I tuned it for upgraded) and I will be trying to gather some more data on the comp 274 and cam movement/gains shortly.

The VVT UNLOCKER allows easy and fast unlocking of the cam phaser allowing it be rotated counter clockwise to verify PTV at any crankshaft position.
Thank you AJ for your help with the loaner VVT block!

Here's another VVT tuneup we did last night. Same routine, finished up the tune with the stock VVT settings, let the engine cool, made a base line pull, adjusted the tune to move the cam starting at 4500rpm (similar to what I did in Speedy's tune), made another pull at the same starting engine temp and here's the result. Absolutely no other tuning changes made. I would have preferred the dyno chart "Y" axis to be matching but it still clearly shows the gains made by moving the cam. The cam in this car was a stock 392 unit. The car is a 2012 RT with a Procharger making approximately 11 psi.
So this is a 392 in an RT so there are a few questions:
1. You don't want to give away the low end so did you attempt to retain the advanced state of the low end for longer in the RPM range?
2. Retarding the top makes sense but to compliment the cam, and since you should upgrade springs for that cam, do you raise shift points to stay in the power longer?
3. On both ends, you have a bit more lift. Is there a point where the stock VVT ranges get you into trouble with PTV using that 392 cam?

Had the opportunity to work with AJ recently to develop the MS Racing Components VVT UNLOCKER for the Hemi.
The VVT UNLOCKER allows easy and fast unlocking of the cam phaser allowing it be rotated counter clockwise to verify PTV at any crankshaft position.
Thank you AJ for your help with the loaner VVT block!

That is freakin awesome. With those measurements you can safely tweak that table however you want it to maximize power.
