Want a Hellcat hood, but don't want to buy a Hellcat Challenger?  We're making a fiberglass version of it and you can reserve yours now.  No payment required until it ships!  If you wish to pay up front, we'll issue you a $100 discount.  ETA is approximately 2 months.

ORDER: Speedlogix Fiberglass Ram Air Hellcat Style Hood 08-15 Challenger

Much like our original hood, the new Hellcat style has a functional scoop with a ram air kit that you can bolt to the hood, or you can omit the ram air kit (if you need additional clearance for a positive displacement supercharger).

Features:
- Fully Functional Scoop with Ram Air
- Cool Air Enters Open Front Air Scoop and Directs To Engine Compartment
- Hand Laid Fiberglass
- Smooth Gel Coat Finished Both on Top and Bottom Sides
- Reinforced Metal Latch & Hinge Plate For Additional Safety
- Direct Bolt-on Using OEM Hardware

Here are some photos showing the factory Hellcat hood as an example of what ours will look like:

Guess I'll have to wait until they are finished, I want to see how much they weigh. Still wish they were done in CF, I would be all over it.

Weight should be similar to our ram air hood

Hey, I spoke to Mikey and they are doing the side vents as well, that's the reason why I want this hood!!!! The side vents will have black plastic vent covers instead of the stainless steel looking ones on the Hellcat hood whick I think will look even better!!!

Hmmm. I kinda like it. Seems a tad pricey with the shipping. I'll have to think about it.

Hey,

It was great talking to you!

I think there might have been a bit of miscommunication on the scoops. I am not sure what the Hellcat factory hood scoops will be (I will assume plastic since that is what Chrysler usually does) and we are verifying what they will be made out of on our hood. Just waiting to hear back from the builder!

Thanks for all the interest everyone!

The fiberglass hood is around 30lb.  It's not a weight-saving mod ... it's an appearance one.

I really like the appearance, but not sure I like it enuff to add 25-40 extra lbs, I don't need to add any additional weight to the car.

I would do the same thing, why deal with a POS when you can get a factory hood for probably not much more money

We will have those too when/if available, and verify they retrofit to the older cars, will be quite a bit more expensive as you could imagine.
