It started as a challenge during the Woodward Dream Cruise in August. Richard Rawlings, creator of the Gas Monkey Garage franchise in Dallas, Texas, challenged Dodge president and CEO Tim Kuniskis to bring Dodge-sponsored touring band Mötley Crüe to his place for a concert.
