Well that's certainly interesting, not sure why Chrysler would release a few then lock down production though.

Possibly to see how much interest there is?

Nothing will add up with that anything that tool bag does at Plum F****d. Have heard of an unbelievably piss poor business transaction with that thief company. Beware! That picture is probably stolen!

I really hope Mopar feeds the aftermarket with some parts like NOW! They need to start putting out that Hellcat block if it will take a 6.1 cam and timing set.

With an all new locked down PCM how is that motor gonna run in anything?  That's the most glaring issue with any engine swap.

For a race car....maybe.  Better think again for modern street cars.  Gotta think big picture bud.  With some of the stuff I'm hearing on the tuning FAST may not even work until they get programing for it all.

Jim, Your car is going to be so fast and so much going on in the cockpit you won't have time to look at gauges anyway. lol

Screw all that....most of us want fast street cars. If I wanted a race car I'd build one. I drive my junk to the track and run faster than most of the POS race cars that show up.

Mopar crate engines come with turn key stand alone PCMs they are not the same as production engines. Do not expect to drop this into any current gen or previous gen LX/LC and expect a plug and play. You will have to wire this up properly to get them working right.
