Will my motor be built by year's end??

This is a warranty motor that was promised to me a year and half ago.

 

My first PWR motor had a "Huntsville Engines honing issue"... Andy replaced it in 2012 with a motor that has a "Huntsville Engines honing issue".

 

In the summer of 2013 (see calendar in above photo - to the right the boobs), he promised to make it right and provide me with a new motor. A year and a half of missed dates. Thus the question in my first post.

 

He hates it when I ask him for updates on the forum, but I haven't had any replies to my emails lately.
