Looking at 275/40/20's for wifes Charger and looks like the choices are:

Dunlop SP Sport Maxx TT

P Zero's

BFG Sport Comp 2's

Any others im not finding? Anyone have experience with any of these on their LX's?

I would look for the best ride and quiet... not necessarily the best "sport" tire.

I agree, these tires do not have to be a 40-50k tire so im looking for a tire with good grip but not a pos in the rain. Plan to make the car a handler and want tires that wont turn to shit after a couple laps on a road course.

Well in all honesty there are priorities and you set those. Tread wear ride quality road noise grip rain etc etc. So that's where to start.

While I would recommend BFG Sport Comp 2's you're not going to find them in your size in the country.... The tire companies around Central Florida could only find 2 and they where both in Alaska.. .NO KIDDING Alaska... That was two of the major tire chains here

Never had a problem with my BFGs other then they go bald really quick.. then again that could be a direct result of the new blower.   If you're looking for ride, I would say Michelin's would be a good choice

BFG  G force Comp 2.. monitor air pressure. I got  over 15k from the rears, Grip is excellent, quiet ride, decent when it rains, excellent braking characteristics, and I have a few suspension/chassis mods..

Conti DW for performance.

Conti DWS for all around daily driver use.

I've got the Continental DWS too, I'll see how they do on ice today.

Edit...

They did OK, most of the patchy ice was in parking lots so I was driving over at low speeds.
