Bell Housing Bolts To Block Metric????

Im wondering if the bolts that hold the trans to the block are metric or standard thread???

I think the top 4 are 3/8 16 the rest are metric

Yep the block is 3/8-16 and the lower bell housing to trans are metric.

Ive got a glide so i dont have those bottom bolt issues as the big trans you guys have. Ill be able to use regular bolts. I was just worried about the top 4 bolts. You guys are the best. Thanks

You just gonna support your glide off those 4 bolts?. Did you happen to see the support I built for lowlife s build. I used the lower bell housing cover off a truck, then machined the mount boss locations and welded in the new mounts, worked like a champ. I wouldn't just trust the stock 4 bolt mount at that level of horse powa

Actually there should be 6 bolts. Don't forget the two that go from the block to the trans. They will still be there with the aftermarket bell housing.
