I have a spare Trinity, so I tried out Diablo Sport's canned 91 octane tune on my 2014 Super Bee. I don't know why I bothered. 5 degrees of STKR, 1 degree of LTKR, much of which was part throttle driving. Back to stock it goes.

Toss in some good fuel, if you have it in your area try some 93 on the 91 tune, that worked well for me on my R/T.  On my 2014 SRT I get a fair amount of ST Knock (4-5) with the 93 tune, but it runs well at the track where I add some Sunoco 98 octane unleaded.  I also got Hemifevers e-mail tune recently and his 93 tune shows almost no ST knock even on pump 93 fuel.

Stupid shark. I returned it to stock and its still showing the same KR. I did not do any logging before installing the 91 tune. It looks like I'll have to do some further digging. Maybe I have something rattling around in the engine bay.

I do have an idea, why did you think I wrote that?  Why would you look for something rattling when your gas stinks?

Because I'm seeing STKR when just idling down the road, and not seeing the same issue with my other 392 on the same fuel from the same station.

I wasn't questioning what you know or don't when I said "you have no idea", I was just using a figure of speech.

And yah, the gas here is terrible.

My friend just had an issue with his trinity on a 2014 Charger R/T. Diablo had him change some shift points and one or two other setting and it fixed it. He's now following my suggestion and get tunes from Hemifever like I did. Good luck.
