Got a letter JUST LIKE THAT!! New to MMF but very old to the other LXF where I learned how to flush money down the Alabama toilet. Long block and Ram clutch. I missed the fine print where it must have said "Imaginary"?

I'm gonna take a slightly different approach cause I really don't know for sure but it appears that Ray and his wife are the partners of this biz and it seems that Andy is an employee.
From me he's gonna get a small benefit of the doubt. Very small though because I've had some correspondence that would indicate to me that he knew he couldn't deliver on his promises and therefore knew he was taking our money to pay for other things. But again I really do not know for sure what his part was in the theft of our cash! Either way we're all fucked!!!

They have a complete motor for my customer that was sent to them over a year ago. 410vvt, bt valve covers, thiteks, mm stage 3 intake etc. About 15k that they outright stole at this point. I sent him money to buy new pistons and re-ring it. Several times they promised to return it. No such luck.

I hope you have your customer contacting the court to submitt their claim. It might not do anything, but it's worth a shot, specially if they have pictures of any custom components like the valve covers.

The way I understand it is that Andy's inlaws (Ray and Joyce) help fund his business and were essentially the owners. Andy knowingly ripped people off and fucked up the business, and thereby fucked them over too. Or maybe they're just as much to blame in the ripoffs as Andy is. ??

This is the mom and dads personaly bankruptcy, not PWR bankruptcy, just to be clear.
If this dolt still owes you money/parts, I'd highly recommend contacting the Alabama attorney generals office of consumer protection, ASAP.
There is an online option to file a complaint and they will look into it. I just hope it's not too late.
