Ok guys this has been a long time coming. Not new to the forum. Haven't posted much but have learned a lot from ya'll. So here a little back ground info. 2008 challenger debut, loved the car but couldn't afford one while in college. 2012 rolls around and I've saved enough for a 09 srt8. Had big plans for her but moved to norther va for work. Job transfers me to Baltimore a few months later. Northern va to Baltimore commute killed me, $500/month on fuel and the 6sp in DC traffic was no fun. Sold the challenger and picked up a 14 eco diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee. About 8 months later I got transferred back to nova. New commute 4 miles. Took the jeep in for an oil change, saw a new 15 scat. Oil change was taking to long so I traded the jeep in on the scat. Now the fun begins. I'd always wanted a true muscle car. So it's May 2015, while doing paperwork at the dealer I'm already emailing the big name shops asking about tuning. I ended up working with modern muscle and dtp racing, both outa Virginia. So the new scat has about 1500 miles on it. Drove it over to DTP in va beach and they went to work. Engine was pulled and sent to modern muscle and the following was done between the two shops.

MM drop in pistons/rods
MM custom blower cam
MM ported heads
MM ported TB
Procharger d1, race intercooler, red BOV @ 13psi
Borla longtubes w/ zoomers catback
Fore fuel system w/ ID 850 injectors
McLeod Clutch, Gforce axles, nitto 305s
Razors edge gauge pillar w/ aero a/f and boost
Hurst shifter...and prolly some stuff I've forgot

Dtp pulled the engine and sent it over to MM for all the engine work. Dtp installed everything and tuned her. The procharger kit was for a 14 so dtp had to made some mods for it to work on my 15. As far as I know this is the first 15 with a procharger as procharger is still developing their kit (has been on my car since June).

MM and dtp were both a pleasure to work with. I spent more time with dtp as they did the majority of the work and tuning. Being in va beach traveling back and forth for minor issues was no big deal, just meant another weekend at the beach and away from the DC bullshit.

So I'll try to post a pick of the dyno graph. I'll also be at vmp is sept. Looking forward to meeting a few of you.

Forgot to mention I'm thinking about adding a small shot of nitrous. Maybe 75...idk just throwing the idea around. If anyone has suggestion on this topic chime in. The purge would be cool for the shows around here too. Btw guys, one of the reasons this car was built was to smoke all the rich diplomats and theirs kids that live in the D.C. area. The look on their face when I smoke their exotic 100k car is beyond priceless.

Guys, hopefully someone can help me here. I just picked up some nitto 555r 305s for the street but am looking at options for track wheels and tires. I've got a lead on some 17" wheels and will likely pick them up this weekend. So in everyone's opinion what's the best tire to run for a 6sp pushing 700-800whp? Based on what I've read here it's the Hoosier slicks but want to confirm. Thanks for the input

If you're not going 15's, Hoosier slicks.  Give em a bit of heat but don't get carried away.  Start with 17psi and lower a half to full psi at a time until you find your sweet spot w/o pissing your pants...
