Guy at the local cruise has a buddy that just picked this up in canada and is traveling to souther cal.  Claims to be #1 of 146.

Not a big performer at 170HP but what a cool find. 

 

Thought you'd all like to see.  If I get out to the cruise tomorrow I'll snap some pics

Its a Super Coupe. They made them in the 80's.  Should have a 360 cubic inch motor.

They were also called the "Petty Kit Car". I know a fellow with 3 of them.

I had a friend that had one years ago, never heard them called a "kit" car. I do actually like the body style for some silly reason.

Yep, that's the A43 Street Kit Car Package cause my buddy has both the Red Aspen and the two-tone Blue Plymouth Volare Street Kit Car Package Cars and they're very rare and worth some $ to the right collector!!! Nice Ride!!!
