Are All Tuners That Damn Busy?? Help Needed

After a week and no contact back form HHP I tried Hemituner. Been 2 days now and nothing. No call back no emails back.Nothing.
Is there a secret hand shake or code I need to know. WTH ????

Well did a 6.4 install in my wife's 2015 Challenger had Arrington doing the tune. After 5 weeks and getting no where I contacted 2 different guys. Hemituner and HHP.

To Answer the question directly yes, we are very busy. We have been steadily catching up as posted in the auto-responder in our e-mail system. As far as not receiving a response in 2 days that is not true either. I did not receive your files that I requested until 5:56 PM on WED, they were on my board for review in last nights work. I have read your E-mail and had additional questions for you today when I was to call as I did not feel a call at 10:30 PM yesterday evening would be appropriate.In your E-mail it states you have rich codes and 02 codes after disconnecting 02's during diagnostics, and loading revised tunes. My First guess is possibly the tune API sent you is not getting on to the tool properly. I work very hard to be truthful with my clients and potential clients when we have a high volume of work.

We have done much more than getting nowhere… Yes we sold you a trinity and a tune for the 15 6.4.
Further…
We have multiple calls / emails assisting your with your install swap from the 5.7 to the 6.4, answering questions regarding the install and info on it providing assistance. I have around 20-30 calls between us and you including ones directly with our tuner
We have fought body codes and other codes not typically related to a tuning issue. We also suspected at one point due to the data / codes that there was either an exhaust leak or something was not hooked up correctly. After several data logs sent in and trying to help you remotely diagnose your issue as to what it could be your last revision 4 was sent to you on Nov 2nd and we have not heard anything back from you on it.
If you are still having issues I suggest you reach out to us or bring the car by the shop for us to look over as you are less than 2 hours away.

Ok, Let's look at what you just stated....
You say you called and emailed 2 weeks ago, of course you did. My prior comment states i sent you revision 4 on Nov 2nd... 2 weeks ago as you mentioned was in October. Of course we had correspondence at that time 2 weeks ago. You sent data logs and codes, we reviewed it and a revision was sent on Nov. 2nd. I was at SEMA yes the 3rd through the 6th, I had no data logs / codes or correspondence sent from you to me while i was at SEMA, So you called 3 times left messages with no call back while i was out?, well i had no messages/voicemail's from you while i was out, i keep them logged for this reason. no emails from you either. If you called while i was out and left messages for someone else then i can speak on that but nothing was brought to my attention.
Also forgive us for trying to do simple diagnostics of running though you doing an install to eliminate the possible causes, this is part of the process we go through for customers doing installs themselves. We could have caught a simple fix or issue.
And regarding our "shitty services" You are only around an hour and half away... (you purchased a trinity, sent us a pcm, and purchased a tune) and i just in the earlier post offered to open the shop time up to you and you to bring the car up to look it over at no additional charge to you to help see what your problem could be and look into getting it resolved because you were still having problems... if this is "shitty service" sir then i am at a loss.
In regards to going somewhere else, your aforementioned contacting Aj Hemituner / HHP Josh/Bruce are extensively knowledgeable as well and bring a lot to the community. We all work together in the community to keep the Mopar aftermarket going strong.

On Nov 2 was the last email you sent me. Here is a copy of the 2 emails I sent you on Nov 2 and Nov 3rd. With no return from you. When I called the guy said you where at SEMA and put me to the tuners voice mail. I left 2 messages on his voice mail.
Now 10 days later I am now better then I was. After no return Just looking to get this fixed. Sorry start shit but got to get something going.
And... this was handled when the tuner spoke with you... like i said it has been 10 days now with no emails from you nor calls, Prior to me being out for SEMA you would call everyday a few times a day. And email quite frequently. I spoke with Matt earlier regarding this and he was under the impression it was handled. Like i said i offered help if you wanted it, but if all you want is to complain then i will move on to someone that wants help.

And like i said, your email simply states you unplugged the pcm to clear it thanks,that was the 2nd, Did you even load R4? You would think i would have receieved something giving us something to work off of... if so where is the email with data logs / list of codes i have requested every time? Why no calls or emails since? We spoke everyday single day and then after the tuner says he spoke to you, you fall off the map and i get nothing... appears all was taken care of. I respect you are moving on and don't want to take us up on our offer, best of luck.
