Putting Hellcat cradle and differential in an 06 Magnum SRT8 with solid cradle bushings and poly suspension bushings. For the most part this is a bolt in. A few small changes in the sensor harness that needs to be swapped out. The biggie is the driveshaft, which I guess after this won't be as custom as it is now.

Nice.

What are the benefits to this over the 8.8?

Is there a known (roundabout) power limit for the rear/axles in the HC yet?

Basically, does it make sense to swap in the entire HC cradles/rear/axles etc for the 05-08 LX running one of your getrags?

Hmmmmm....good stuff Erik.  Curious on cost.  Is this a viable option for someone like me with an 09 getrag setup?

We got this cradle assembly out of a salvage yard. Front end impact car
Was $2600 for the complete cradle. FWIW a built Getrag with DSS axles is $3600, a 9" is a little over $6k.

So, this setup stock should be able to hold his power? (Yes, so far they hold hellcats lol)

Doesn't surprise me Greg would swap that out to save weight

Did you guys stay with the stock gear ratio from the hellcats?

Yeah and the lighter weight than the 8.8 is nice. That was something I noticed as soon as I put the 8.8 in.....how much heavier the ass of the car was afterward.
