So I fired it up this morning on the way to work and the check engine light came on. First the oil change message came on so I assumed it was that. Just changed my oil and forgot to reset the oil change adaptive. Well it stayed on so I used a code reader and it shows the code p2098, "

Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Low Limit."

I have been running high flow cats for months now without issue. I just put my AFR hood on about 2 weeks ago but don't think that should change much. Assuming I am running a tad on the low side, is it going to be a serious issue to run on the border of being low? If so I will just throw my old cats back on this weekend after I try a few other things

The list of mods that are thinning my afr is my Shaker, high flow cats, and blastin bob's pipes. I personally don't think that would be an issue, but you guys have more years on me so I want to see what you think.

Any other symptoms like rough running, bad idle, anything else? Check the tightness of the bolts holding the cats to the headers and the cat back exhaust to the cats. Inspect the wires running to the O2 sensors - make sure the connections are snug, and that the 02 sensors themselves are tight in the cats and haven't loosened.

Was it raining or roads wet when it happened?

Personally, I'd try clearing it and see if it returns if all the above is negative.

BTW, what kind of wheels are those on your R/T?

They are boss 338 with the gray finish. I am going to check all the connections in the morning. I'm stuck at work right now. I erased the codes and they didn't come back on start up, but I need to do some driving to see if hey come back.

You have to complete a full drive cycle for the CEL to come back on

Alright thanks. I am thinking it must just be loose bolts because I have been running perfectly fine and it just now chose to come on.

The bolts should have been checked a couple weeks after the mid pipe install

I forgot to mention, when the code came on it would no longer deactivate to 4 cylinders.
