Is anyone running one of these on a Challenger? Even with the car on the ground it's rubbing the inner wall a little bit, I thought a heat gun might work to mold it back...

Arrington aluminum 426. Twin 67mm turbos. Nitrous outlet direct port
Paramount driveline
9.20 @ 152.42mph 1/4
5.29 @ 133 1/8 1.25 60'

im running them but on a Charger.... its a super tight fit but they dont rub on mine
Also, double check you have the correct wheel on the right side, those tires are directional and I think you have it backwards
thanks man, i will give that a try.

Lakey, we run the 17" 325s on our car and they rubbed on the inner fenderwell also. Ken put a couple screws in the inner fenderwell and screwed into the metal behind it and it took care of the problem.

That right there is winning^^^^ I'd have had the three pound hammer out but that's just my thing...

I had some slight rubbing issues with my 295's, I did the Sam method & got rid of the hump in the inner fender well first, then worked on the plastic with the heat gun and finally put a few pop rivets in it to hold it in place.

Im running faster 9s so I have to be right ![]()

, The lack of 9s must not be related to my tires then.

^^^ shit is broke ^^^
yeah that cursor is f'ed up dan.
just swapping the tires to the other side didnt do it. there is definitely a support behind the wheel well, i guess i'll try pushing that back some. these things are pretty big, definitely wider than a 10.5 slick

3lb hammer FTW, John, but get a sense of where you're rubbing (not rubbing one out...) when the car's sitting on the ground and suspension is fully loaded. If it's simply in that spot where there's the rise in the sheet metal, 3lb hammer FTW. I like the idea of the pop rivets for the liner. If there's more contact then you'll likely have to look at a spacer or a different offset.

Sorry, I wasn't implying swapping the tires would give you clearance... I was stating that the tread is going in the wrong direction. Take a look at the picture of my car I posted above and look at the direction of the tread
I think he was just test fitting (in which case it doesn't matter which side/direction).
Besides... Legmaker says they work better backwards. ![]()
