#148242 No Response

Posted by HighHorseman on 27 May 2012 - 03:29 PM

I agree they could/should be checking in but if you really wanted to get in touch with someone a forum pm is about the last place to do that.

His email and phone number are on his web page. Not excuses for them just info for you if you want to use it.

[email protected]

888-894-1115

Joshua, Owner, ext. 301

Please drop me an email or call the number above - when I'm not at my desk, my extension actually forwards to my cell phone so I'm always in touch - except for when GSO calls me

I haven't had any messages, Greg, so I'm sorry I haven't been able to respond. I'll go search through my outlook again. It's not that I don't care, shit, I've been in the shop yesterday and today because I do care about our customers and the cars we support. My pm's are turned off on here so it shouldn't let you leave a message. I have turn off forum pm's because I'm too busy to get on the boards regularly and I don't want customers to think I'm blowing them off. There's just not enough hours in the day most days. And yes, we are that busy because we're one of the best at what we do. lol

Call me, I'll take care of you.

...as long as you don't want M&H's, they're still sitting backordered even now two to four weeks. Our manufacturers this spring have not been able to keep up with the market. I have at least 6 SRT-8's in my shop waiting on backordered parts right now. It's frustrating from both sides let me tell you.

Posted by NOT SURE on 29 August 2013 - 03:20 PM

Sure we do.  click that green arrow. kill it with kindness...bitch

Just did you got points lol....because I dont like your sig Gina is nasty

Ok.............................

Heres the way I see it.. We are all friends right???

So lets be civil to each other and this will pass however admins ranking on people for no reason isnt very becoming as they tell others to stop.

Both sides have fouled!

Lets not point fingers here and carry the hell on gents.

Remember Cf3???

Friends unite, and pass the moonshine jar!

Now that was an epic moment right there at Cf3 I will never forget that night in BG a few years back.

One thing I give credit to is you guys all have said your peace ,now move forward for the good of all.

I say we all wipe the slate clean, and either move on or make this work..

Or kill each other, either way its all good.. lol

IMO: which I have very little of on this topic.

CF should always remain small in size, but big in heart...Scrap the money maker idea it ruins it!

Using MMF as a catlyst makes sense but is a double edged sword. People threating not to attend is their deal ,and most likely done to spread shit thru the ranks.

Who cares about numbers its qaulity not qaunity when it come to an event like this.

You have my support always for this event Mike and Jay! You will work this out !

Posted by daparrothead on 21 August 2013 - 08:21 AM

^^^X2 on what Phil posted, I'm guilty of throwing harmless jabs in this thread myself along with many others.

But with that said I would like to see some good info on Franks car without all the BS, It is a bad ass build.

#307610 New: Tubular Adjustable Front Control Arms

Lisa,

It was good talking to you. I feel better now and appreciate your time. Sometimes I guess it's better to just talk it out.

As a dealer for REM it's the right thing to do in helping resolve an issue involving them.  The customer shouldn't suffer because of the manufacturer issues.  Sometimes being in the middle is a real pain and other times we are able to help things.

This kind of service is what makes Speedlogix a vendor of choice.

#302535 Lowwlife's (karl's) Hhp Bes Engine Update

Posted by HemiSam on 10 July 2013 - 07:31 AM

As far as the password deal goes. Yeah I fucked up and admitted it that's called being honest. I didn't have to say what I did no one knew it was a mistake and I owned up to it. If Sam had any idea what being honest was this thread would have the reason the engine blew up while Karl had it in Cali or Sam would post his builds. There is way more to this story than Sam wants out but that's how he roles in the grass like a snake.

There you go again, Rob.  You let your delicate ego guide your words instead of what you actually know to be the truth.  Just like you did last time you lost your shit and lined up with Buckwheat not knowing the truth and went after Karl.  Me, I stick with my friends and they are friends because they've proven themselves to be men of integrity.

Snake in the grass?  Really?  Show me, sunshine.  You show me where I've spoken out of the side of my mouth once...you can't, can you?  I used to post all my build and break stuff but then a bunch of douche bags that didn't know shit about what it took to make 6-speed cars go fast jumped on me when I was pushing limits.  I hit two bar on boost and we found out a MAP clamp was necessary, but I was slow...right???

You, sir, are full of poop and I hope you get good money by the pound for it in WY.  You want to know something, shoot away because you damn well know I'll post it straight up the way it happened.  So go on, talk smack about what little you've actually done and remake history if you like, but we know what's what here.

Josh - I posted this thread because of Karl.  He needed his motor to be right and enough time had elapsed with very little communication on HHP's part.  When he finally got it back the first time, he took it to a high end engine dyno with Cam and shit happened...the motor spewed smoke and fell flat, like he posted on the LX last night.  If you guys had made it right in short order, you'd never have heard boo and you'd still have his loyalty.  Now you lost a customer and you're dealing with the fallout.  It's not the stuff that happens to our builds but how a vendor responds that ultimately makes the difference.  Sorry...

#279349 Nice Job - Great Customer Service

Posted by Mopar408 on 26 April 2013 - 10:07 PM

I had placed an online order with Speedlogix the other night and had some questions regarding fitment. Mikey sent me an e-mail first thing, answered my questions, and confirmed my order for me.  Unfortunately, I have come to expect crappy customer service from a lot of vendors in the Hemi community -even the ones that I have talked "live" with- that this simple act of follow up on a 100% electronic transaction blew me away.

Thanks and I look forward to getting my order.

#269876 My '12 Jeep Srt Got Hit Today ...

Posted by Roomraider on 04 April 2013 - 06:01 AM

Hope you get better soon, thank God it wasn't worse. This is what I fear the most, when I permanently move to Florida in 4 years. 75 % of Florida drivers can't drive & the further south you are, up to 40% shouldn't drive.
