Arrington Issues Resolved

87 posts in this topic

As most of you know I had issues with Arrington over how my build went. Well I am glad to say they have taken care of my concerns. Christian took the initiative, checked on my issues and got it resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciate the effort he went to getting it taken care of.

Thank you for taking the time to discuss your situation with me, and helping us evolve as a company. Like so many have said in this forum... All vendors struggle with customer service, but we realize that we have to put forth some serious effort in this area and we are willing and going to do so.

My only regret is not buying a Magnum before the Challenger. Would have saved me a whole lot of time, money, and work. :)

Well I'm right there with Phil, I had some outstanding issues with API myself and Christian took the lead to try and make things right. I feel like they stepped up and did me right.

Nice to see you got taken care of Phil....

Since Christian is on a roll..... maybe he can look into my issue dating back to October of last year?

Three email requests to XXX and XXXX last April and May went unanswered. XXXX did promise that I would not have to pay they shipping charge on a warranty part. I faxed the receipt and suggested that instead of cutting a check, that it might be easier if I just bought some other parts and I would pay for shipping. No response.

Pretty much gave up...

Thought Christian might want to jump in...

Last chance...

Give him a call Stevo, see what he will do. Is that when your supercharger took a shit and you had to ship it back?

Yuuuupppppp.....

Not at all upset with the Maggie going south. Arrington did an A+ job in handling the issue. Maggie from Cali to my door (Toronto, Canada) in 48 hours was awesome. UPS dude said gimme $258 or your big heavy box doesn't come off the truck. Sigh...

Hopefully Christian can PM me his email address and I will forward the three emails/UPS receipt to him.
