I have no idea what is going on at Arrington. On the surface it seems there are issues, but hopefully over time they can grow and prosper.
It sucks that some got let go in the last week. But given what I have heard, it may be better for them in the long run.
Most of us on this forum buy shit tons of parts, it doesn't take long to figure out who has their shit together.
I have bought a bunch of stuff the last couple weeks from multiple vendors here, and each time it has been a great experience.
Now back to internet fighting
btw - your intake shipped out last week.......

... not a lot of it, but a good brand of RTV. like Great stuff... or FOMOCO grey
Don't use Great Stuff unless you're filling in gaps in your studs or around your spicket. But the "Right Stuff", now that's great stuff. ![]()

Not a matter of money, I just need to go more than 6 months without blowing up a motor. I have no need to be the quickest fucker out there. I still may get the whipple at some point, just need to have some dependable fun with it this summer.

Are you building off the 392 MDS block or basing the build off of something else? I'm curious how the 392 MDS holds up NA, I'm wondering if it just tanks under boost or if the 392 is a weak prospect for any build. That might not even be a fair characterization but far too many seemed to have crapped out under boost.

Going to be a 6.1 based 426. After all the shit I been through with this one, I did not want to see the block again. Luckily, Clevite is now making cam bearings for the 392 so unless there is damage, I will get a core refund.

Ok, back to the original question and why I posted..
what is the direction Arrington going?
I' m only positing on this cuz they have done a lot of work on my car, some things(many things) that they did were testing, and they don't even let me know what they did as it was research.
so if I have to go somewhere else, what can I say about cam?, heads?, converter?, and tune.. maybe AJ can help to spell out what has been done to my car..
I do like it , runs great, etc, but what happens if there is a problem..? where do I go , Eric said they will take care of me , but who knows , NY is too far..
Anyway Hellcat , whats your thoughts,.

I did ask him (Eric several days ago)and he did respond to two pms. that they were still there and that they would still be there and support me in anything that I needed.
My issue was what does anyone there know about what the testing stuff that was done to my car.. I suspect if I have a problem (I hope) that Eric would take care of me and AJ ( I'm sure)would be contacted and support me also. I hope they can work together for builds/ mods in progress and that have been recent.. we will see. CK.
Edit: I had several pms from Eric, I feel confident that Arrington will prevail , hope it works out. if I was closer to LI, NY, I would not hesitate to see AJ and have him work on my car..
let me add, I think Eric is a good guy, not sure if some recent Arrington folks feel the same way..

Cruz, I also have been in contact with both Eric and Alex. From what I have been told, I'm confident things are going to be just fine. A bit of streamlining here, a nip and tuck there, and business will go on better than ever.
I also want to say good luck to Don and that big lump Christian. ![]()
I'm sure you will do well, and I hope you guys have a Merry Christmas.
Life is too short to squabble...I'm out.

And I do not understand if everything is OK at API how is it you let some of your best people go? That seems more than a nip tuck?!?!? I cannot even imagine a good business scenario where you let some of your best talent go (and seems it was a surprise to these guys but not sure).
