Hoosier a6
There's a 315/40-19 (A6 or R6) with a 12.9" section width (1.5" wider than stock, might fit ok), but it's diameter is 28.9

Yeah I know about the Hoosier's, they are not a good street tire. 
Iwant something I can run on the street and take down the mile. The tires I run at the Mile now are 29.7" .
