That's the kind of staff who put on this show.
I'd love to say I'll be back next year, but this is my third and last Challengerfest for a decade as I leave in November to become a missionary doctor serving in the jungles of Papua New Guinea for the next ten years. We're giving up EVERYTHING we own including the SRT 8 and the Ram SRT 10 if anyone's interested. My wife (also a doctor) and I are doing this through Wycliffe Bible Translators and receive NO salary for our work. In fact, we go from living well to relying solely on the heart-felt generosity of others to sustain us. If ANYONE feels lead to partner with us in this endeavor, please PM me.
I'm heading down to breakfast now!
It's been an honor to know you all, and to meet you at these events!! God bless you all...

Being so busy recently, didn't even have time this year to keep up with the threads before the event. Subsequently we showed up without any racing gas. Wouldn't you know it, Mike (GEO) GIVES us a can of 109 race gas! He refused to accept any money. As a result of his generosity, our N/A 2010 SRT put down a solid 12.4 run.

I can't say enough good about GSO & Speedy setting up this event, it was AWESOME! Can't wait to do it agin.
And a MAJOR Thank You to ALL of the sponsors, All of you are what makes this event what it is.
Last but by far the least, Thank You to Lisa and all the ladies that helped with all the registration.
Now there was one individual that stood out to me this weekend more so than anyone! I would have to give the Event;s most generous individual award to no other than Johnny(OilStrike) for the Colt .45 commemerative edition pistol he donated to be raffled off to raise money for the Racing Vets charity.I have no other words to describe the pistol or Johnny other than Awesome! I was just floored that anyone could donate something as nice as this pistol.
Thanks Again Johnny, You are a true rock star in my book!

Rolled home about 3:00pm. Hope everyone gets home safe. Being that I was a Challengerfest newb, I was not sure what to expect but it turned out to be a fun event, even if I did almost get tazed when standing with Greg Friday night
. It was great to put faces to screen names and real names to the screen names too.
Mike, Jay, Lisa and so many others- nice job putting this all together!
