The best pull resulted in 352 HP / 378 TQ

DA: ~3200, temp: 98 °F, hum.: 21%, rel.humidity: ~40%

So, I guess I've got my baseline. Now it's off to plan and ponder....

352 sounds pretty good for a stock 5.7, I know it depends on the brand of dyno and various other factors but I'm used to seeing numbers closer to 335. Congrats, just remember to figure out how to get your car tunable before you go too crazy, have fun.

See if they can give you uncorrected numbers too, so you can see what it really made in that heat, humidity and DA.

Ma Dodge is certainly giving me plenty of time to plan (save) for upgrades.... I guess it's a blessing and a curse.

It was dynoed at Lethal Peformance in S.A. (Garden Ridge).

So is the specification info on the 2011s at AllPar just off?

They list the 2011+ R/T (manual transmission) models as making 376 HP / 410 TQ (sixth row on the chart). Or is it just that that represents the power at the crank not at the rear wheels?

I had two friends that dynoed their 2009 Challengers that same day and they were at 333 HP and 325 HP respectively. I didn't think anything changed from <= 2010 to 2011+ that would account for almost +20 HP from mine to theirs.

I can try to see if I can call the shop and get the corrected info.

Those are crank figures, Doug. Your car is strong but take it with a grain of salt...all dynos and operators are different.

Looks very respectable for a mostly stock 5.7 Doug, It will be good to see you and the rest of the gang at the Tx Mile again.

Numbers look good. 376 is the crank HP. If your buddies cars were autos, that would explain the difference in your dyno numbers. Manuals have less drop in power to the rear wheels. If you look at your graph, you will see the power fall off at 4800RPM on run 2. Looks like it probably knocked and pulled some timing. You might have been able to get a little more out of it had it not knocked. Were you running premium fuel?

As for uncorrected numbers, it using SAE correction and the correction factor appears to be 1.04 so divide your numbers by 1.04 and you will have an idea what it made without corection. so 352 = 338.46 and 378 = 363.46. Maybe your buddies numbers were just uncorrected?

The 333 HP is a manual like mine (but an '09), the 325 HP is an automatic (also an '09).

At that point where the power falls off, the consensus was that the computer did pull timing during that point on run #2.

I usually put 93 octane in for everyday driving, but it might have had a bit of 87 in it; I'll sometimes put 87 in after leaving the track where I've put in a gallon of 109 for making passes but don't have enough gas to get back home when it's time to head out.
