Delphi, Siemens, Bosch? Anyone know?

Apparently these new style encrypted ECU's need to be tuned from boot mode right at the processor (no more hand held tuners, hence Diablo not giving a fuck) but they are tuneable if the tuner can access the maps, obviously alter them, flash it and re-install it. The import tuner I spoke to didnt care about the military encryption - he just shrugged it off and asked who really makes them for Chrysler.

those encrypted proprietery processors have been used in the medical imaging field computerized systems since 90's regardless of brand and country of origin, not much luck in the third party ranks in breaking into them for pirate service engineers lol that would be us. Limited access for purchased renewable licenses for equipment at purchase for owners only. For me these cars are like being back on the job but I had the code fob to unlock then and a 2010 now kinda old school 2010, interesting to see what happens here

Chrysler calls it a GPEC2. I don't know if Siemens has their own designation for it or not.
