I'm getting a P0158, high voltage detected on passenger rear O2 sensor also. I removed all after market mods, one at a time, tested the car by idling for 3-4 mins, three to five times in succession, and mil reappears. Looks like I may have a bad rear O2 sensor. Called the dealer and have an appointment Tuesday 9/16. The dealer said they'd probably not get to it until Wednesday, so I'll get the ride of shame home on the bus. By the way, I spoke with Dan at Fastman regarding if he had any history of customers with similar DTC codes. He said with the newer TB's the only problem that he had had was with a plastic outer cover, but otherwise nothing. That TB is a piece of jewelry compared to the factory unit. When I gave the P1E0A DTC to the service advisor, he couldn't find it listed in the Chrysler codes. Sounds to me like the dealer will replace the rear O2 sensor and call it a day. With the mil popping up at idle it sort of indicates not heating or just a bad pickup. I've got a bad feeling about this. With only 500 miles on the car, I'm not having a warm and fuzzy feeling about the situation. But on the bright side, if it's just a bad sensor, I'm glad it went out early in the car's life. I've owned well over 45 cars and never once had to return to the dealer for anything other than a mandatory oil change. I'm very tempted to just replace the sensor myself, just to avoid the dealer bullshit. Their story never changes, we'll need to do diagnostics, yadda, yadda, have to keep it overnight, there's a long list of cars before yours, on and on. Sorry for the long post, just venting my frustration with the situation.
