  1. I wouldn't call myself a fan of them anymore, but back in the Bradshaw (Louisiana native) days, the Saints were the Aints and "fans" wore paper bags over their heads to the games, so I was a fan and followed them religiously then. I do still pay close attention now, but I do that with every NFL team to a degree, and I do have Le'Veon Bell on my fantasy team. But my team has always and will forever be
  2. +1
  3. If demand is equal, yes, if demand changes, no. The amount WILL vary with demand, but will not be linear with the amount of hp increased or decreased. So to say it is X percentage is incorrect, and I guess I was wrong to say nothing more nothing less. I stand corrected.
  4. On a dyno in a selected ratio, yes it is. Prove me wrong...I have dealt with power transmission daily for the last 25 years. Every mechanical engineer I have posed this to has agreed with me, not to mention many high profiled names in the LX/LC industry. You believe whatever you would like, but the laws of physics and engineering have a pretty good argument. Now, if your gearbox capacity and drivetrain aren't up to the task at hand and more heat is generated that digs into the service factor, then yes, more power will be cannibalized.
  5. My face hurts, holy shit that dude is the tits. Never knew you could break a hole.
  6. MT are full of idiots. While the article puts the HC in good light, it's inaccurate. The rated 707 and dynoed 635 is spot on. 72hp loss through the drive train is what i would expect, forget a percentage of deal...It's purely a HP parasite, it takes what it takes, nothing more, nothing less. Nag versus TF...about the same amount of power it takes for the task at hand.
  7. Agreed toofart. 75W140 is what I used when going to a Quaife.
  8. It sure as hell won't hurt anything to try what I suggested. I had a converter fail, replaced it without a flush or replacement of cooler, and had the same symptoms you have. I did what I suggested once so far and it is better (much), but not yet cured. Once I get to full operating temp, it cleans up and operates normally. I plan to run it a few hundred miles and repeat the process. When I dropped the pan to pull the VB and conductor plate, the fluid looked great, but the plate and VB was full of clutch material, as was the magnet in the pan and filter.
  9. I guess call Eddie at SHR, he built it, he should be involved in the conversation. btsrt, I assume you are the owner of the problem, have you spoken to Eddie?
  10. When he installed the new trans, did he flush all the lines and cooler to remove all old fluid and clutch material from the original failure? My guess is he didn't and now his new valve body and conductor is full of clutch material and acting up. Tell him to drop the pan and valve body, remove the solenoids and conductor and clean it thoroughly, change out the filter, add 4 quarts of Mopar ATF+4 drive it for a few hundred miles and do it again.
  11. Ewwww burn...good one. Man, i'm just jerking your chain and having a little fun. I'm glad you obtained your goal...enjoy the ride.
  12. Oh I see, so by that logic...when you fuck your dumbass wife, you bring just enough smack to make you "happy" then quit, for fear of getting kicked off the pussy for doing it as good as you could have....makes perfect sense.
  13. Then theirs this, or he missed a gear completely.
  14. With a name like Nightcrawler, I would have figured they go with black...
  15. Nothing goes together with what you are running. Your MPH and 60' suggest high 10 ET, your ET suggest shitty 60' which it isn't, your saying you lost the slip suggest you're lying, and your calling your "fucking" wife a "dumbass" suggests your a douche bag.
