Mickey Thompson for slicks.
Firestone Destination M/T for mud.
Bridgestone Blizzak for Winter.
You're on your own for the rest. I ain't going to be the bad guy when you don't get 50,000 miles out of the Continentals. ![]()

Well so far the Conti's have done everything I have ask of them very well ! I highly recommend them.
Now Speedy, Stop being a wuss
and bring your car to the TX Mile and we can put my Conti's on your car and you can see first hand how you like them.
Oh and I don't expect to get anywhere near 50'000 miles out of the Conti's but I'm not putting down near the rwhp you are, yet.

I'd love to Kenny, but only if I can mail my car there, race it, and mail it back home ![]()
I'm too old for 36 hour road trips anymore.

CF is more than 10 people hanging out on an air strip. Not that I don't love the TX mile, but it's not the same event for the modern mopar as CF is. If CF were further from me, I'd take the whole week off work and make a road trip to wherever.

Never again. I will either be there for the whole time, or I won't go.
So you'll be there for the whole weekend!

Kenny, I thought the Conti's weren't good for the Mile because they're only rated for 168 mph. And last time I checked, you went faster than that....

Yes, I know he does, but it was the Conti's he offered to loan J for the Mile, Jim. And J's car would be good for way better than 168 mph.

Yep the Conti's are only speed rated to 168mph, I ran 172.1 on them at the mile. They will usually over look up to 5mph at the Mile from what I've seen. I do have another set of wheels and tires for future runs at the Tx Mile, the Conti's definitely won't be rated for the speeds I will be running in the future.
