Being as you are in Houston try to get with the member OSO here. He is looking for a new engine builder and is in your area.
I've been talking to him about buying his challenger he seemed like he's got a good builder. And yea it will be my projects and if I need any help I'd just ask. They made torque plates and other thing for 3rd gen hemis

I agree with the post about starting out working for a reputable engine builder /machine shop who knows how to do things right. There is a lot to be learned from an experienced builder / machine shop that you can use when you go off on your own.
A little research will provide names of the top shops to contact.
