Bog @ 2K Rpm

Hey guys. In my '08 CSRT4 I am getting a bog at 1800-2000 rpm. I have done a boost leak test to check for vacuum leaks, and I have swapped out injectors to check for a bad one and nothing has really resolved the issue. My next guess is spark plugs, which are new, but Im thinking maybe the gap is just too large for my car/tune (.028")?

 

At idle fuel pressure is great, and when the car begins to bog the afr is normal. Any ideas on where to check next?
