Wot Blip Idle Issue

Hello fellow Hemi junkies. Here's the issue, if the throttle is blipped on purpose or accident, the car stutters when off throttle and hunts for idle and will not take any throttle input at all until the event has subsided. Sometimes it could take up to 10-15 seconds of the car surging/stumbling. Like a slow ruh, ruh, ruh, ruh, ruh event. lol.

The build. HRH 426, concrete, yada-yada, Thiteks, 4.2 KB, complete FORE return style with dual 455s, 5 psi HOBBS for the 2nd pump, 10 feed and 8 return line, inline 10 micron fuel filter with the drain back blocker thingy. The FPR is on the rear/passenger side fuel rail, the driver side/rear rail has the fuel input line. Idle fuel pressure 46-50 with WOT raising to 60+. AFR at WOT always 10.9-11.4.

This issue happens when the throttle is blipped fast and let off. Those that DD high power builds, especially KB's, know that the throttle is very sensitive. It is hard to avoid this situation sometimes. I never have less than 1/2 tank of fuel.

This get's very annoying when it happens. Hopefully someone has had this and conquered the issue.

Thanks!

Ron

Chris- the AFR goes crazy. The map is brand new 3 bar. This did the same thing on the 2 bar tune as well. As far as the tune, I will ask Brent. As long as I stay in the throttle, it's fine. It's the fast on/off that causes it.

us1champ- it is one of the original WOT boxes. I honestly never could figure out why it was doing. The car would never run well or idle with it hooked up. Finally ate 6 plugs before I learned my lesson and removed it. I haven't sold it because I don't know what the issue was. I sure don't want to pass on a potential problem.
