Vibration at highway speeds

I have all terrain tires Nitto Terra Grappler. I bought em new about 6 months ago. Already had them balance 3 times in the past 2 months without luck. I can't take it to the dealer because they will blame it on the lift kit.

First check if the vibration exists just revving the motor. Then I would check your driveshaft. Dodge has been known for low pinion angles. The u-joints will freeze up causing your vibration.
