Love that 71 grill....color ain't bad either!

Chevron here used to be real good Sean, but they left the area about 5 years ago. Marathon has taken over about everything here and their fuel sucks, we get 2 to 3 more MPG from BP then Marathoin fuel.

Yeah, we only have the big majors here...BP is real rare down here, at least in Houston.

You just made my point. On pump gas the 91 is better, UNLESS you can get some no ethanol gas. The vast majority of people, for daily driving, should be using the 91 tune. My car pulled 4* on the 93 running Shell 93 on a dyno.

Race gas is a different story.

Ok so we actually believe the same thing we are just coming at it from two different perspectives. I took the question as what is best from a drag racing point of view and you took it as what is best to run on a daily basis.

For daily use I usually run the 91 tune with 93 pump gas, for the drag strip I run 93CAI tune with a higher quality fuel. I usually add some gas at the track or as I stated before an additive like Torco.

My only dyno run 2 years ago with CAI and 93 tune and shorties only netted 330 RWHP and 348 TQ. I've no idea what the new tune and true CAI have done, but before the numbers weren't any better than stock.
