not sure about rear ends, you may get a call from dodge, I think it depends more on automatics 09 - 2010.
you can also fax 1 586 497 2112, with your vin , email, phone no. to Jill. and ask her if you need upgraded parts.

Just go to the dodge website and put your vin and that will tell you. Mine on the list, don't know if I want the dealership touching my car though.
^ easiest way. I grabbed a random VIN from Ebay for an auto, 2010 Challenger, and entered it on the site to see what information popped up, came back with ... wanted to get the full .pdf but the link from Dodge didn't work... found the pdf elsewhere.

Yeah, good stuff Greg. That's a serious issue especially for those that are out of warranty and have the chain crap out, bent valves, etc and then take it to a dealership who denies any such recall exists. When the TSB came out of the rear gear I talked to the service writer at my local dealership (which is generally a great bunch) who said he didn't know anything about the TSB and couldn't find anything about it. I gave him a copy

Cool , i'm glad that I could help. just demand the oil control solenoid , and the timing gear, , they paid for it on my fix... I don't know if its included in the recall... just demand it... email 1 586 497 2112 . ask for jill. but don't worry many are doing it so response may be slower

don't worry its a recall now... just make sure you get the : cam chain, timing chain sprocket and the oil control solenoid , as the solenoid was named as the problem . good luck. i'm pretty happy that they will cover all that I did including the above.
see ya soon. CK.
