14 Psi Question On Magnuson

So just curious you running 14+ boost what does your average . Mine is 12to 14.6 . I am almost certain I am having slip and have a dayco ready to go on. Just wanting a comparison ;)

I never had belt slip spinning the blower pretty good. On the 392 with a good blower cam and catless mids I'd see North of 13psi and close to 14psi in cooler weather. 2.65" pulley and 17% overdrive. Boost never moved that much on me up top...maybe pick up a smidge on the higher rpms but not enough to matter.

I hit 15 psi instantly and it holds there for the entire event. Running gates HD belt with Kenne Bell with a 2 3/4 upper pulley and 17% OD lower pulley and if I get belt slip it is minimal.

When I get time Thursday I plan to swap my stock tensioner out. It was great @ 12psi stayed 11.5 to 12.1 . When I let off after wot every once in a while I hear a squeal. So I figure that's affecting my afr a tad too with the inconsistency of boost.

Zillia, ordering the 2.65" pulley today, also with the ATI 17% pulley, so we'll see how the belt slip and boost PSI holds up with my build. Currently using the upgraded afco tensioner.

Need some clarification though, superchargersonline does not carry 2.65 as they believe it won't fit over snout lip.

I believe that is the 2.5" pulley, just looking for clarification before purchase somewhere else.

I have a 2.65 on mine from Arrington that fit the snout fine. I have a 2.50 that required machining the snout down for it to fit from smoothflowpulleys.com
