Oh My! What Does A Serious Hrh Performance Engine Sound Like On The Dyno?

This particular engine is a low compression unit built for some serious boost. We ran it today on the dyno NA. The numbers the engines our builder is producing continue to amaze me.

716 crank HP - low compression and naturally aspirated! What until we put some boost to her :)

I gotta admit it's a very well respected builder. I assume that's on his dyno?

Yes, it is on his dyno - and we need to buy him a camera and tripod :)

Just imagine what this engine would make if it was 14:1 and on race fuel or methanol...

Im guessing he used a drag pak intake cause he didn't even have any 6.1 intakes?

We used that intake since we don't have a large enough cable TB for the 6.1 intake yet.

I have a ported, cable driven, LS TB that fits the 6.1 intake but it's only 78mm :(
